Birmingham Chambers strengthens its family law group

No. 5 Chambers in Birmingham has strengthened its family law group with the addition of three new barristers. They are Nandini Dutta, who was called to the Bar in 1993, is expected to focus primarily on public law work and private children law, including residency and contact.

Kathryn Taylor, who was called to the Bar in 2005, brings a wide range of experience in all aspects of family law, including local authority and public law cases, and Children Act matters, heard in both the County and High Courts.

Juliet Allen, who was also called to the Bar in 2005, Ms Allen has a particular interest in child abduction hearings, which she has conducted in the High Court.

These recent additions give the No.5 team further depth and experience, to the benefit of those seeking advice and representation in this sensitive area of law.
